Professor Ball’s talk featured in The Kingsman!

October 16, 2013

Thanks to writer Alana Friel who interviewed me after seeing my talk for the History Club on September 19 and published an article in The Kingsman this week!  The History Club series is every Thursday during common hours – I highly recommend it, it is open to anyone and art historians have gotten a lot out of them.

Slide Scanner needed for temporary job for Dean Conelli

October 9, 2013

Hi all – Dean Conelli, Dean of the School of Visual and Performing Arts, is looking for a student to scan her collection of about 70 slides before October 16.  It would probably take about three hours and you could do the work in the faculty computer lab in the main library which has nice scanners (unless you have another place you prefer to do the work).  You need to know how to scan, but it’s pretty straightforward and they have a staff in the faculty lab to help.  She would pay 10$ per hour.  It would help her out tremendously – and you can earn a little cash!

If you are interested please contact Dean Conelli  Please let me know too so that I will cease my hunt for an interested student.
